The Nore Peak is the highest peak of the Montagne Noire, located on the border of the Tarn and the Aude, it culminates at 1211m.
Its ascent offers a unique panorama, in good weather you can see the Pyrenees, the Mediterranean Sea, the Corbières, the Minervois, the Haut-Languedoc, the Monts de Lacaune and the Toulouse plain!
